Responsibilities

- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, addressing any concerns promptly and responsibly.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.




- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines diligently.

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles with a strong understanding of beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively setting.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that require multitasking and quick thinking.
