What You'll Do

- Prepare work stations with materials and parts for Paint Technicians.
- Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for repair.
- Utilize paint supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
- Perform work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia, manufacturer standards
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Return equipment and tools to proper place.
- Review work completed to ensure highest standard of quality.
- Communicate with team members as is necessary to meet customer
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of experience
- Automotive body shop experience
- Solid attention to detail and sense of urgency.




- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Acceptable driver's abstract and a valid driver's license in your province of residence.
- Ability to reliably commute to work onsite in Markham, Ontario

Reports To: Body Shop Manager

Position Availability: Additional role

Compensation Range: $60,000-$90,000 based on qualifications and experience
