Job Overview

MGV Concrete Finishing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Foreman to be hands on and lead/supervise concrete construction projects (foundations and flatwork). The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive hands on concrete experience, and proficiency with concrete and construction management tools. The Concrete Foreman will play a vital role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to engineer/client specifications.

Responsibilities

- Supervise, coordinate, and assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing activities on construction sites.
- Manage and direct a team of laborers to ensure efficient workflow
- Review project blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution and project requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify concrete mix consistency, placement accuracy, and finish standards.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling waste, and ensuring materials are used efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers,



and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain seamless workflow.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and enforce compliance among team members
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper use of tools and equipment

Requirements

- Proven experience in concrete construction projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
- Hands-on experience with concrete placement, finishing techniques, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Concrete experience with a focus on safety standards and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Supervisory experience within the concrete industry
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently
- Must possess a valid drivers license

Position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects in a concrete setting.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

- Concrete finishing: 5 years (preferred)
