Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available services or activities
- Assist visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries in a professional and approachable manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticket sales or food service operations
- Support food service activities by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Engage with children through interactive activities or supervision to ensure their safety and enjoyment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including counters, seating, and entry points




- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children is highly desirable
- Solid public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
