Educational Consultation & Client Development

· Conduct professional educational consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background, educational goals, interests, and long-term aspirations.

· Assess students' academic profiles and recommend appropriate educational pathways, university planning strategies, academic programs, research opportunities, competitions, and enrichment activities.

· Develop customized educational proposals and service recommendations tailored to each student's individual needs.

· Clearly explain the Company's educational programs, consulting services, admissions process, and value proposition to prospective families.

· Build trust-based relationships with students and parents while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.

· Support consultation-to-enrollment conversion by following up with prospective families and addressing questions throughout the decision-making process.

· Maintain accurate consultation records, student profiles, and follow-up documentation within the Company's systems.

Academic Planning & University Admissions

· Provide skilled academic planning and educational consulting services to students and parents.

· Develop individualized academic roadmaps, university admission strategies, and long-term educational plans based on each student's academic background, interests, and career aspirations.

· Guide students in course selection, extracurricular planning, academic competitions, research opportunities, summer programs, and other enrichment activities.

· Coordinate and support the implementation of university application strategies, including application timelines, documentation, personal statements, interviews, and overall admissions planning.

· Monitor students' academic progress and provide ongoing guidance to maximize academic performance and university admission outcomes.





· Build long-term relationships with students and families by delivering high-quality educational consulting services throughout the academic planning process.

Educational Program Development & Strategic Initiatives

· Assist in designing, developing, and improving educational products, academic services, and university pathway programs that align with the Company's strategic objectives.

· Support the planning and implementation of new academic initiatives, research programs, international collaborations, competitions, and enrichment opportunities.

· Identify market trends, educational opportunities, and partnership possibilities that contribute to the Company's long-term growth.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the Company's educational offerings and academic resources.

Student Success & Parent Engagement

· Maintain professional and effective communication with students, parents, teachers, and educational partners throughout the academic planning process.

· Conduct academic progress reviews and recommend appropriate strategies to support student achievement and personal development.

· Participate in parent consultations, educational seminars, workshops, webinars, and information sessions.

· Support student retention, satisfaction, and long-term success by delivering responsive and personalized educational services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with the Academic, Marketing, Operations, and Student Services teams to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs and services.

· Provide academic expertise for promotional materials, educational publications, workshops, presentations, and recruitment events.

· Assist in maintaining academic documentation, program records, internal procedures, and quality assurance standards.

· Support the continuous improvement of academic operations, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.

· Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Company.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
