Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff member to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse through various distribution, shipping, and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation, warehouse management systems, and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. Responsibilities

- Assist with warehouse distribution activities, including order picking and load & unload operations
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Conduct inventory management using warehouse management systems to track stock levels and locations
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials in accordance with safety protocols
- Support construction-related tasks as needed within the warehouse environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and meet daily goals





Requirements

- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with order picker, forklift, crane, clamp truck, and other heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving tasks
- Construction or related experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
- Physical ability to load & unload materials regularly and stand for extended periods

Pay: $19.10-$22.01 per hour
