Duties

· Assist lead carpenters in framing and finishing around fireplaces with different products including, wood, drywall, tile, ledgerock etc with accuracy and care.

· Prepare work areas by setting up tools, materials, and safety equipment to ensure smooth workflow.

· Help with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials such as wood, drywall, tile, etc to specifications.

· Participate in the use of hand tools and power tools safely to complete framing, caulking, sealing, mudding and taping, painting and finishing tasks.

· Assist with heavy lifting of materials and components to ensure efficient handling on-site.

· Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout each project phase.

Experience





· Prior construction or carpentry experience is highly valued; familiarity with various building trades such as masonry, drywall installation, or flooring is a plus.

· Hands-on experience with hand tools, and power tools is preferred.

· Ability to read measurements and work accurately is a must

· Experience in related fields such as restoration, cabinetry installation, or general handyman work will be advantageous.

· Understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, ladders, hand and power tools

· Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
