As a CNC Operator, you will utilize your skillset to operate Breton CNC Bridge Saws and Routers on a variety of stone surfaces to produce premium quality countertop surfaces for our valued customers. You will utilize your skillset to trouble shoot machinery equipment to ensure efficient fabrication processes. You can expect that 90% of your time would be spent as an Operator while 10% of your time will be spent troubleshooting machine issues and/or performing routine general maintenance on the machinery.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of previous CNC experience is required

- Understanding basic G codes is an asset

- Blueprint reading is an asset

- Siemens and Fanuc controller experience is an asset

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on superior quality





- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records for repairs

- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

- Managing all on site repairs, maintenance and test tasks

- Produce timely and detailed service reports

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Valid crane license is an asset

- Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced work environment ; always willing to learn

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must

- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

- Able to work overtime as required to maintain production schedules

- Provide feedback to other team members regarding process improvements
