Caring Hands 4U is a health care staffing relief agency , we provide staffing for registered nurses, RPNs, PSWs in Hospitals, LTC Homes, Retirement Homes , Memory Care Homes and Home Care.

We are searching for FULL TIME Registered Nurses for ED department in Nova Scotia .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Perform triage and rapid patient assessments using CTAS or equivalent protocols
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and critical care situations
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and allied health professionals
- Maintain transparent, professional communication with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements

Qualifications required-

* Current registration as RN with NSCN

* Minimum 1-2 years experience in ED settings.





* Possession of valid ACLS, BLS,PALS, CTAS, TNCC

* Proof of Immunizations and Flu vaccinations

* Will need to be able to work all roles: Triage, Trauma, High Acuity, and overflow.

* Needs to have Flexibility in scheduling D/E/N and weekends and changed shifts

* Copy of Two step TB Test

* Recent Criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.

Compensation & Benefits

- $90-95 per hour competitive pay rate
