WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-time registered massage therapist

What is expected of me in this role?

As a registered massage therapist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences while helping guests relax, restore, and feel their best.

- Provide exceptional Therapeutic, Relaxation, and Prenatal Massage treatments in a safe, professional, and caring manner.

- Deliver every service in accordance with Stillwater Spa Service Standards.

- Complete accurate and thorough SOAP notes for all massage treatments as required by your professional association.

- Educate guests on wellness, homecare recommendations, and retail products to enhance treatment results.

- Create memorable guest experiences through outstanding customer service and personalized care.

- Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative relationship with guests and colleagues.

- Keep all skilled licenses, certifications, and association memberships current and in good standing.

- Stay informed on emerging wellness trends, massage techniques, and industry best practices.

- Be available to work Friday through Monday, with flexible scheduling between 8:45 a.m. and 6:45 p.m..

- Hold valid authorization to work in Canada.

experience and qualifications

We're looking for a therapist who is passionate about wellness, committed to excellence, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

- Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience.

- Graduate of an accredited 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program.

- Valid City of Calgary Massage Business License.

- Active membership in a recognized professional massage therapy association.





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest care and wellness experiences.

Compensation & Earning Potential

We value the expertise and dedication our Massage Therapists bring to the guest experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you'll enjoy consistent scheduling opportunities, retail commissions, and generous gratuities.

- Scheduled for up to 32 hours per week, providing the opportunity to build a strong and loyal guest base. Hours are based on business levels and guest demand.

- Earn competitive commission rates starting at 29.5%, with the opportunity to increase to 30.5% for repeat guest requests. Compensation typically ranges from $50 to $70+ per service, before gratuities.

- Receive 10% commission on qualifying retail sales, rewarding your product knowledge and guest recommendations.

- Keep 100% of your earned tips, paid out weekly in cash.
