You are an upbeat, organized person, who enjoys interacting with the public. You appreciate great customer service and you pride yourself in the way you present yourself and the work you perform. You are the patient's first point of contact to our clinic and you are his/her guide for the duration he/she is with us. You have a strong command of written and spoken English.

You have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. You are patient and friendly while multi-tasking, detail oriented, efficient and computer savvy. You can work independently, but also as part of a team, and you are versatile to do whatever it takes to get the job done!

We have immediate opening for a permanent part-time. We have 2 shifts: 1-7 pm, and alternate Saturdays (from 9 am -5 pm). The hours tend to be the same one established. Currently part- time, but can lead to full-time.

Tasks:

- Answering multi-line phones




- Corresponding with other medical clinics and sales representatives
- Greeting patients
- Reviewing personal and medical information, third party billing and financial records
- Performing necessary diagnostic tests
- Advocating for the patient and his/her needs while in our clinic
- Light cleaning and tidying of your work environment.
- Bonus if you already know, fantastic if you wanting to learn about the wonderful world of glasses and lenses. We are willing to train, and broaden your skills in frame selection, lens recommendations, and custom fitting of glasses and contact lenses.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
