Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, fixtures, and systems with precision and professionalism. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. The Installer will work closely with project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and measuring devices to perform installations accurately.
- Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, or other building components according to project plans.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing of installations.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform minor carpentry tasks as needed for framing or adjustments during installation.
- Maintain a clean work workplace and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles with a strong focus on installation work.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools required for installation tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more).
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience reading construction plans is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to work on-site for extended periods in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
