Service Advisor Job Description

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with information on services offered
- Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of services
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time
- Upsell additional services to customers as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for services rendered
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of automotive repair and maintenance including brake repair, tire service, suspension, shocks struts, transmission, oil change,



and diesel engine repair
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and communicate them to customers
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
