K2 Mart is hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker!

We are looking for someone to help maintain our property, store surroundings, and facilities throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:

- Grass cutting and general lawn maintenance on the site
- Safely operating a tractor and other maintenance equipment
- Snow removal during the winter season
- Cleaning and maintaining fuel pumps and pump aisles
- Deep cleaning and maintaining washrooms
- Keeping the entire site clean, tidy, and well maintained
- General cleaning and upkeep of the store, parking areas, and surrounding property
- Removing litter and ensuring the site remains presentable and secure
- Performing other general maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

- Previous maintenance or property-care experience is an asset
- Must know how to safely operate a tractor
- Able to perform physically demanding indoor and outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for seasonal work, including snow removal

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
