Join Our Team as a Project Manager under the inspiring leadership of the Project Supervisor. You'll have the exceptional opportunity to manage captivating projects while providing crucial support to clients and our passionate colleagues.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Accurately analyze sold submissions.
- Evaluate the technical content of plans and specifications to ensure that sold products meet specified requirements.
- Create innovative technical drawings for approval.
- Select equipment that meets client needs and plan specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and contractors, ensuring seamless implementation on the construction site.
- Ensure swift consideration of change orders and site directives in coordination.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups to ensure timely acquisition of all necessary information from clients and suppliers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales technical support to all parties involved in the sold project.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Specialized studies in building mechanics (Building Mechanics DEC or Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Construction BAC).
- In-depth knowledge of building mechanics.
- Exceptional sales skills and outstanding customer service.
- Autonomy, precision, and a keen sense of organization.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with quick execution.
- Good judgment and exemplary priority management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all hierarchical levels within the company.
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
