- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress updates
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to maximize benefits
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expectations,



and any contraindications
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Skills

- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and calming environment for clients
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to adapt treatments based on individual client needs and feedback
- Valid registration or licensing as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulations
