Duties

- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to maximize property visibility
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, contracts, and transaction documentation




- Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate leasing activities and manage rental portfolios

Qualifications

- Valid real estate license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory authority
- Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service within the real estate industry
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to create compelling listings and promotional content
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Experience with property management systems or administrative tasks is preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

Pay: $51,134.26-$214,245.88 per year
