CONTENT CREATOR — MUSIC, FASHION & EVENTS

Part-Time | Toronto | $20–$25/hr + Commission

Toronto creators — we’re building something new.

We’re looking for a small group of culturally connected, outgoing and creative people to join our Toronto content team.

This isn’t a traditional office social-media job.

You’ll work around music, fashion, nightlife, events and culture — creating content, meeting people, attending experiences and helping build the community around the brands and events we work with.

This is a paid position.

COMPENSATION

$20–$25/hour depending on experience + commissions + performance bonuses

Additional paid opportunities may also be available for selected:

- Brand campaigns
- Fashion shoots
- Content productions
- Artist events
- Product launches
- Special events and collaborations

There is room to earn more as your role and contribution grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Depending on the project, you may:

- Create TikToks, Instagram Reels and Stories
- Film behind-the-scenes and event content
- Capture interesting people and moments
- Create organic social-first videos
- Appear in selected campaigns and shoots
- Attend music, fashion and nightlife events
- Interview or interact with guests and creators
- Meet and connect with interesting people around Toronto
- Help grow the community around our events
- Invite your network to selected experiences
- Host and look after guests you invite
- Help generate reservations and event business
- Find emerging creators, artists, photographers and personalities
- Contribute creative concepts and content ideas

We don’t want someone who simply knows how to press record.

We want people who understand:

what people want to share
and what makes people want to be there.

We would rather meet someone with 2,000 engaged Toronto followers and genuine influence over their circle than someone with 100K followers and no real community.

REQUIREMENTS

- 19+
- Toronto/GTA based
- Active on Instagram and/or TikTok
- Comfortable creating social content
- Comfortable meeting new people
- Comfortable attending selected evening/weekend events
- Reliable and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine interest in music, fashion, events or culture

Experience using CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere, cameras or other editing tools is a bonus — but not required.
