La Tavola Ristorante is seeking an energetic and motivated Floor Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food service, and efficient team management. Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, serving when required, and customer interactions
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Checking in with tables and building relationships with out guests.
- Ensuring each guest has an excellent dining experience.
- Managing reservations and answering phones.
- Supporting and directing front of house staff.
- Keeping service organized and running smoothly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience

Requirements & Qualifications





- Previous restaurant management or strong FOH experience.
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Experience with POS systems like TOAST for order processing and cash handling is a huge asset
- OpenTable experience is required
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor.
- Strong, outgoing and confident personality.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lead a team in an intimate and very busy restaurant workplace.
