Security Guard

Location: Toronto, ON

Schedule: Flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our team in the Toronto area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol assigned properties and premises.
- Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
- Respond ly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Conduct security inspections and identify potential risks.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Enforce site policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency responders and law enforcement when required.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (mandatory).
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred).
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

- Previous security experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in customer service, loss prevention, concierge security, or mobile patrol is an asset.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
