Pay Rate: $23.70/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Shifts:

- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Midnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview

We are hiring a Mill Control Room Operator to operate and monitor computerized batching and processing systems at a mill. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, comfortable with computers, and able to work independently in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor computerized batching and processing systems.
- Monitor production processes and ensure accurate batching.
- Identify and report equipment or production issues.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
- Communicate with production and maintenance teams as needed.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment.





Job Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, production, control room, or a similar environment is an asset.
- Comfortable working with computers and computerized systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and safety regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working the 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM midnight shift.
- Mill or agricultural experience is an asset.
