PART-TIME CLEANING ASSOCIATE

UWCRC 2.0 Inc. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-service-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Associate to join our Facilities team.

Position Overview

The Cleaning Associate will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of building common areas, vacant suites, and move-out units across UWCRC 2.0 Inc. properties.

This position will primarily serve as a backup cleaner across the portfolio, providing coverage at different buildings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups as required.
- Perform move-out cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, ovens, carpets, walls, and windows.
- Complete garbage room/bin switching and scheduled apartment garbage collection.
- Perform interior and exterior garbage pickup as required.
- Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist property staff with minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Support other cleaning and facilities-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for tenants.

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Cleaning Associate
Wage: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with weekend work scheduled as required
Location: Various UWCRC 2.0 Inc. properties in Winnipeg

The work schedule may vary depending on operational requirements, building assignments, and staff coverage needs.
