Farm equipment operator

Tillvalley Farms Inc. is a family-owned and operated agribusiness located in Courtland, Ontario. We are a growing, hands-on farm operation looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude, and is willing to take ownership of their role. The right candidate will enjoy working with modern equipment, being part of a small team, and contributing to a diverse agricultural operation.

Job duties and responsibilities would include:

- Operate large, contemporary farm equipment (tractors, combine, application equipment ect.)
- Operate construction equipment.
- Perform seasonal equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
- Assist with a variety of farm and agribusiness operations throughout the season.




- Experience operating agricultural application equipment and applying crop protection or fertilizer products is a strong asset, but not required.

Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.

- Fork Lift Experience.

- Ability to be flexible with hours and willing to work longer hours during peak seasons.

- Able to perform manual labor with some lifting required.

- Mechanically inclined to help with repairs and maintenance.

- Able to work both alone and with other employees.

- Valid Ontario Pesticide training and certification - Agriculture Exterminator License.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
