Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Companion Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates are reliable, service-driven, and genuinely enjoy building kind, trusting, and respectful relationships with senior clients.

In this role, you will provide high-quality housekeeping services while offering companionship.

Compensation starts at $24/hour.

Responsibilities

- Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning all living areas, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens, including washing dishes and taking out trash
- Assist with laundry and changing bedding as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with a positive, respectful attitude
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Communicate with the office regarding supply needs or concerns
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery





Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including light lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, and repetitive tasks (e.g., vacuuming, wiping, sweeping)
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with senior clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic workplace
- Attention to detail with effective organization and time-management skills
- Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector (issued in Victoria, BC)
- First Aid or CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
