Overview
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Photon Programming & Robotics Teacher to inspire and educate students in the exciting fields of photonics, robotics, and programming. Duties
- Design and deliver engaging lessons on photon programming, robotics, and related STEM topics tailored to diverse student needs
- Facilitate hands-on laboratory activities that promote practical understanding of laser technology, optical systems, and robotic mechanisms
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students requiring additional assistance or special education accommodations
- Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and project-based assignments that challenge students and foster critical thinking
- Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to safety protocols during laboratory experiments and robotics activities
- Communicate progress effectively with students, parents, and colleagues through regular updates and feedback
- Stay current with advancements in photonics, robotics, and educational best practices to continually enhance instructional quality
Requirements
- Proven classroom experience teaching STEM subjects, especially physics, mathematics, or engineering-related courses
- Strong background in photon programming, laser systems, optical technologies, or robotics laboratory work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly
- Experience providing tutoring or specialized support for students with diverse learning needs or in special education settings
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities and real-world applications
- Knowledge of educational standards related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education
- Prior experience working with students in a laboratory or technical training environment is highly desirable
