Sweet Pea Gardening is a professional residential maintenance company that enhances the enjoyment of gardens for our clients. We strive to build long lasting relationships with our clients and their gardens. At Sweet Pea Gardening, we value craftsmanship and curiosity to enrich our services for our valued customers.

Our teachers and students are back to school so we are looking for a few more hands for the fall season. We are seeking fun and hard working team members who like to play in the dirt. You must have a positive attitude and good work ethic. Reliability is very important. Have you never worked in the garden before? Are you enthusiastic, take great pride in your work and like to be outside? We can teach you the rest!

Full time position is approx 40hrs/week.

Part time position is approx 20hrs/week.

- September thru November weather pending
- 6 – 10 hour days
- Outdoors – We do work in the rain and heat so proper clothing is essential
- Movement – crouching, kneeling, reaching, stretching, bending, twisting, walking




- Lifting – garbage bins, tool buckets, tools, plant material
- Team environment

Main Tasks:
- Weeding
- Deadheading
- Edging
- Pruning and shaping shrub, hedges, etc.
- Cultivating
- Planting
- Fertilizer and insecticide applications
- Use of Tools- hedge trimmer, blowers
- Soil top ups, mulch top ups and more :)
