In this role, you’ll diagnose repair, and maintain a diverse fleet of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment ensuring every vehicle that leaves the shop is road-ready and compliant. From routine maintenance and safety inspections to troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, your skills will directly support critical operations. We appreciate all of the local communities we live and work in, and actively contribute to them through our flagship Full Circle Project Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks, trailers, and various fleet equipment. · Conduct vehicle safety inspections; identify, record, and report equipment deterioration for replacement or repair · Tire inspections, removal and replacements · Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to company safety procedures,



and follow established techniques to perform · Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting in M5 program Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate OR currently registered as a Level 3 apprentice with Skilled Trades Ontario in the Truck & Coach (310T) trade. · Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience. · Knowledge of all tools required to perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles • Ability to follow schedules, instructions, technical manuals and maintenance guidelines, and other procedures associated with the maintenance of the company fleet • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers • Flexibility to accept and adapt to change as well as the commitment to seek continuous improvement • Knowledge of proper lifting techniques • Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures Work utilizing personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, safety-toed boot, utility gloves, reflective vest, hearing and eye protection, hard hat, etc.

- Exposure to dampness and humidity, toxic chemicals, exhaust fumes, gasoline, and diesel fuel.
