We provide plumbing and heating services to residential and commercial clients in the City of Red Deer and surrounding areas within an 85km radius. Job Summary: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing and heating systems. You will represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer service. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Work independently and maintain productivity
- Uphold high company morals and promote a qualified and friendly work environment
- Present a clean-cut and professional appearance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and install plumbing and heating system components
- Drain cleaning experience is an asset
- Educate clients on plumbing and gas safety and equipment maintenance
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
- Test newly installed and repaired equipment for proper performance
- Provide own tools for accurate diagnosis and repair




- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Provide a clean police clearance letter
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule
- Work 8-12 hours per day when required, with overtime pay as applicable
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Pay strong attention to detail
- Possess appropriate credentials and certifications (e.g., Red Seal Journeyman, Schooling Records)

Qualifications:

- Registered 3rd Year, 4th Year or Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter (required)
- 2+ years of experience in service (required)
- 2+ years of experience in gas work (required)
- 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in furnace repair and installation (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in conventional and tankless water heater repair and installation (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in plumbing rough-in (preferred)
