Responsibility of an Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will own the relationship between assigned brand partners and our internal teams.

The Account Manager will learn each client’s business and sector. They will understand the campaign objectives and expected results. This knowledge will be converted into clear priorities for sales and operations.

Account Management Deliverables

- Create account plans with clear objectives and performance measures




- Lead client meetings and document agreed actions
- Prepare campaign briefs for internal teams
- Communicate client priorities throughout campaign delivery
- Monitor customer engagement and sales performance
- Review feedback from clients and campaign teams
- Prepare concise performance reports
- Recommend changes that may improve campaign results
- Resolve concerns before they affect the wider account
- Identify opportunities for client retention and account growth
- Maintain accurate account records and forward plans
