Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Workday.
- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions, maintaining accurate and organized records across multiple platforms including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure ledger accuracy through detailed account analysis.
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours, deductions, and benefits using systems like ADP or Kronos.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify trends or irregularities that could impact financial reporting.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting exercises and provide detailed reports to aid strategic planning.

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar platforms; familiarity with Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, data entry accuracy, and account reconciliation techniques.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or Ceridian; experience with Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze financial data critically and perform detailed account analysis confidently.
- Excellent math skills combined with attention to detail for precise financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support internal audits or external compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in financial services or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
