Adventure Reservations Agent – Winter 2026/27 Season

Location: Whistler, BC

Job Type: Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Available

Wage: Starting at $23/hour

Blackcomb Snowmobile, a family-owned and operated adventure company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our Whistler Village office team.

We offer a variety of outdoor adventures, including snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, Sleigh Rides and private mountain dining experiences. The Reservations Agent plays a key role in ensuring smooth guest bookings and communication between our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest bookings through phone, email, and online channels
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure accurate communication with operations staff
- Provide professional, effective, and friendly service to guests and partners
- Process payments and issue confirmations or updates
- Answer general inquiries about tours, policies, and availability
- Perform administrative duties to support daily office operations

Requirements:

- Prior experience in reservations, administrative, customer service, or front desk roles
- Familiarity with Viator, Inntopia, Get your guide,



Bookeo booking platforms is a strong asset and will be highly favorable in hiring process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
