Hawk's Agro is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our retail business across Saskatchewan.

In this role, you'll partner directly with producers to understand their operations, provide agronomic solutions, and help them make informed decisions that drive the success of their farms. You'll build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work alongside Agronomists, Location Managers, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Hawk's Agro is a locally owned and operated agricultural retailer serving producers across Southwestern Saskatchewan through seven locations. We provide seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, agronomic services, and custom crop solutions backed by trusted local expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Build and grow a profitable customer portfolio within an assigned territory.
- Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and agronomic solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Prepare crop plans, product recommendations, quotations, and sales proposals.
- Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitive activity.
- Support seasonal sales programs, customer events, and marketing initiatives.

Customer Success

- Develop trusted relationships through regular farm visits and ongoing communication.
- Understand customer goals and provide practical, value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with Agronomists to deliver sound agronomic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company systems.

Team & Operational Support





- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers, Location Managers, Agronomists, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate product availability and delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in field tours, plot programs, grower meetings, and training opportunities.
- Contribute to safe work practices, continuous improvement, and company initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will have:

- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Crop Science, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Two to five years of experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, ag retail, or farm operations.
- Strong knowledge of crop production, seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
- A proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
