Workplace team supports Enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. As an AI Enablement Business Partner, reporting to the Director, Modern Workplace, you will build and enable solutions, pressure-test ideas quickly, decide what is worth pursuing, and help move promising work into production with the team. You will act as the bridge between what is technically possible with today's AI tooling and what the business needs from concept to implementation.

This role is well suited to someone who combines technical depth with curiosity, sound judgment, product thinking, systems thinking, and a willingness to test new ideas.



You will look beyond immediate symptoms, identify underlying needs, and develop solutions that are secure, sustainable, and valuable in delivering the pension promise. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Prototype and ship: Design and build working AI solutions spanning agents, MCP integrations, custom Skills, Copilot/agent extensions, and automations across commercial AI platforms, moving from idea to working proof of concept quickly while keeping governance and security in mind Evaluate which AI use cases are worth building and which aren't, and be willing to say no or kill something that isn't working, rather than optimizing for volume of prototypes shipped Partner with the business: Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to uncover opportunities, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and identify high-value use cases.
