Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask. Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions. Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms. Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong
Python development experience with FastAPI or Flask and experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications. Solid SQL, data modeling,
and data engineering fundamentals. Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability. Solid architectural design and technical leadership skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Redis.
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus. Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins or GitHub Actions, along with DevOps/GitOps practices.
