About UsInteract Health PRO (IHP) develops AI-supported operational systems that support rehabilitation coordination, healthcare workflows, medical documentation, marketing, automation, and business processes. We combine technology, AI, automation, and operational strategy to improve how teams organize information, document workflows, train users, and maintain continuity.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an intern who genuinely enjoys documenting. You will turn complex workflows and technical explanations into clear SOPs, user guides, training materials, Miro process maps, checklists, onboarding resources, and troubleshooting guides.

This is not primarily a coding role. You will work with Analysts, Developers, Automation, AI, Marketing, Operations, and Project Teams to make sure approved knowledge is accurate, organized, easy to follow, and transferable.

Two Project OptionsOption 1 — OMMLEI: Ontario MVA Medical-Legal Evidence Intelligence. Document evidence workflows, governance, review procedures, Airtable structures, Make.com automations, Miro maps, AI/Claude workflows, training, and QA processes.

Option 2 — PIMOS: Personal Injury Marketing Operating System. Document marketing workflows, audience and ideal-client research, campaign and content processes, lead-generation systems, Airtable/CRM structures, Make.com automations, Miro marketing maps, AI-assisted marketing workflows, and team training.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, onboarding guides, checklists, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Create clear Miro process maps, workflow diagrams, decision trees, user journeys, governance/approval flows, and automation maps.
- Document Airtable bases, tables, fields, views, forms, interfaces, permissions, data movement, and related automations.
- Document Make.com scenarios, including triggers, modules, routers,



filters, dependencies, outputs, failure points, and troubleshooting.
- Document approved AI/Claude workflows, prompt-use guidance, human-review requirements, quality controls, and version history.
- Test documentation by following the steps, identify missing or unclear information, and flag issues for clarification rather than making assumptions.
- Maintain document names, versions, change logs, source references, approvals, and current-versus-archived status.

Preferred Skills & Traits

- Strong written English and an ability to explain complex information simply.
- Genuine interest in documentation, organization, process mapping, and training.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Miro, Airtable, Make.com, Claude/ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Scribe, or Loom.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, curiosity, and comfort asking questions when information is unclear.
- Technical writing, instructional design, business analysis, marketing, knowledge management, QA, or systems experience is an asset.

Learning Outcomes

- Develop real-world SOP, technical writing, process mapping, and instructional-design experience.
- Learn how Airtable, Make.com, Miro, AI tools, and business workflows are documented and governed.
- Build portfolio-ready documentation and training skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
