Toppazzini and Lee Consulting seeks talented System Analysts to support systems design and implementation primarily for federal government projects in Ottawa. Collaborate on developing specifications and analytical solutions. We are building a pool of qualified candidates for future contracts, open to junior to senior level System Analysts.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating technical documentation and recommendations for system solutions in a consulting capacity, particularly within Canadian Government contexts. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop requirement documents for system projects
- Implement systems aligned with business needs
- Transform business requirements into effective designs
- Analyze and propose system alternatives
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant systems analysis experience
- Experience within Canadian government sectors
- Valid security clearance from the Government of Canada
- Proficiency in both English and French is a plus
