API Support Analyst

Location :: Toronto, ON

Essential Skills: We are seeking a Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst with experience in L2/L3 production support and external vendor API integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting API-based applications| troubleshooting integration issues| coordinating with external vendors| and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.

Top 3 Required Skills L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations. Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)| API troubleshooting| authentication| request/response analysis| and vendor integrations.



Bilingual communication skills (English & French).Top 3 Preferred Skills Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman| Swagger| Apigee| MuleSoft| or API Gateway platforms.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk| Dynatrace| AppDynamics| or ELK. Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

Experience 5+ years of application support experience| including API and integration support. Hands-on experience with REST APIs| JSON| XML| OAuth| JWT| SSL/TLS| and API security concepts.

Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations.
