Job Overview Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines.
- Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines.
- Proficiency in at least one of Shell, Perl, Batch, or Python scripting skills.
- Well versed with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of Java J2EE applications.
- Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows servers.
- Experience with application deployments and installations.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, ITSM, and ServiceNow.
- Solid multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.
- 24/7 availability during On-Call schedule.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow or a similar tool and service management processes.
- Understanding of data protection principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions.
- Define application problems by conferring with stakeholders and evaluating procedures and processes.
- Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
- Provide application and technical support to critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, and infrastructure integration.
- Follow information security standards and adhere to governance framework for applications in the platform.
- Participate in application security related projects and manage server obsolescence and vulnerabilities.
- Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, and change management including application deployments.
- Support data flows between financing applications and other upstream and downstream systems.
- Support operations teams for technical issues.
- Participate in yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing.
- Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks and provide status reports.
- Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness.
- Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines.
- Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
- Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of financing solutions application components.
- Understand and document technical processes and data flows.
- Participate in Change Control review meetings to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.
- Manage Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions.
- Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to rank tasks for focused execution and transparency.
- Industrialize legacy processes using AI.
