The position at a glance The Application Production Support is responsible and accountable for daily support and health of the production environment for multiple applications in the APS Functions portfolio. Such tasks include change, user request, incident, and problem management for the department.

As required, functional support and user setup may be performed. The Analyst shall serve on a team which acts as the first point-of-contact (Level 1 and 2): the role will be to receive, to record, and to understand issues, to fix known issues, suggest improvements, route unknown issues to Level 3 support staff, and to then communicate the resolution to the requestor. Assist the user community to resolve technical issues.

Coverage during weekend and off-hours are on an “as needed” basis In detail

- Monitoring and supporting the day-to-day production activities
- Diagnosing and provide a high level of functional support for accounting applications Multifonds FA/WEM & Calculo.
- Analysis and solving accounting and technical issues during production phases, raise change requests to the vendor, ensure the follow up of issues until the delivery of patch corrections.
- Understand prerequisites for accounting migrations and specific accounting events such as merger, split/change of currency of share classes.
- Closely follow up monitoring dashboards.
- Contribute to maintain a very stable BAU to deliver NAV on time and match with the deadlines.
- Testing of recent Multifonds functionalities.Participate in the several fund migration activities, testing, internal meetings, and catchup calls with the external service providers.

Work shift: Monday to Friday. 12 PM to 8 PM in Winters. 1 PM to 9 PM in Summers The Strengths And Skills That Will Help You Succeed

- 5+ years’ experience in at least 80% of the Main Responsibilities bullets listed above along with Transversal project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required; advanced degree considered a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English language is required
- Expertise in the business and in-depth understanding of the functional process in general. This includes the knowledge of financial instruments, Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation that is the key value for any Mutual funds.




- SME-core accounting application Multifonds FA/WEM software (Temenos) to provide a high level of functional support.
- Service now reporting proficiency
- Knowledge on AI is plus
- Experience in monitoring tools (such as Dynatrace)
- Technical skills like [SQL, UNIX, Windows]
- Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Professional working proficiency in English language is required
