Become an Application Security Specialist at Grow and drive security within our creative product development. Enhance user trust by integrating secure defaults and practices in software releases. This critical role at Grow involves working with an engineering team of around 145 members to embed security directly into the SDLC.

Your work will not only protect technologies but also improve overall access to mental health care solutions. Collaborating interdepartmentally, you will implement security requirements and enhance defensive strategies across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Build a culture of security by default within engineering
- Draft security specifications and integrate them into software
- Conduct source code reviews to identify vulnerabilities




- Guide the product security roadmap and collaborate across teams
- Execute risk assessments and penetration testing activities

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 years in application or product security
- Ability to automate security functions effectively
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
- Proficient understanding of codebases and security risks
