Join PSP Investments as a Senior Applied AI Engineer, spearheading development on Floyd, our game-changing AI platform for investment research. This hands-on role offers a unique environment for innovation. In this dynamic position, you’ll work directly with a wide variety of advanced AI models and frameworks to streamline and enhance investment workflows.

Collaborating with data engineers, you will support the construction of efficient ML pipelines and ensure the platform remains highly reliable. Your input will be pivotal in the ongoing development and adoption of Floyd as a trusted tool for investment professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and refine Floyd's agentic AI system components
- Collaborate on ML pipeline construction using Databricks




- Work on Python SDK and user-facing front end
- Maintain rigorous production reliability and monitoring
- Partner with teams to integrate user feedback into product

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in software or ML product development
- Experience with LLM application deployment
- Proficient in Python; solid JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on with Databricks and cloud environments
- Excellent at conveying complex ideas simply
