The Appraisal Coordinator, reports to the Director, Project Management Appraisal, will be the primary contact for all appraisal requests (Physical Appraisal & Desktop Opinion).

The Appraisal

Coordinator will be responsible to responds to all paid appraisal requests in a timely manner and discusses the various appraisal services RB can provide to the customer to ensure the correct appraisal (Physical Inspection Appraisal or Desktop Opinion Valuation and ASA Certified Multiple Value Appraisal)based on the customer’s specific requirements. Reviews asset lists provided by the customer to ensure reliable values can be provided on all assets, and provides the customer with estimated costs associated with the service selected.
