The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing customer collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and general accounting support. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in both AR and AP. -Full time remote position -Manage customer collections, overdue balances, invoices, refunds, and credit memos -Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve customer payment issues -Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and payments -Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation -Reconcile customer accounts, vendor statements, and payment discrepancies -Prepare aging reports and maintain accurate AR/AP records -Assist with vendor onboarding and employee expense reports -Support month-end/year-end reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance -Assist with sales tax filings, audits, and financial documentation Special Requirements -Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred -Strong knowledge of AR, AP, accounting principles, billing,
