Main Objective The main objective of the Asset Inspector at Team Auctions is to inspect equipment and list assets for auction.

Responsibilities

- Understand and accurately educate clients on our service offerings and utilizing Team Auctions as a benefit while upholding the reputation of Team Auctions.
- Understand all yard related systems for both personnel and inspectors to promote a productive team setting.
- Assist consignors with the efficient intake of their assets.
- Process all incoming assets by collecting/verifying precise details, capturing quality images, and creating applicable asset listings, ensuring that all asset listings are complete, consistent and are a transparent representation of the asset to potential buyers.
- Regularly perform quality control checks on asset listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the Client Relations Team with the collection and management of incoming records and documentation.
- Assist the Yard/Offsite Coordinator with a seamless load out.
- Assist Yard/Offsite Personnel with regular site and equipment maintenance.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised during the inspection process in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service to buyers and sellers by addressing their questions or concerns about the inspection process or asset listings.

Qualifications

- Driver’s License

Working Conditions Will be required to work outside in all weather conditions. Most work will be outside.

Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.

Physical Requirements

May have to lift up to 50lbs.

Motion Parameters

Required to climb stairs, walk, squat, kneel, or drive and stand for long periods of them.





Vision and Hearing Requirements The ability to judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.

Psychological Demands

Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
