Based in Vancouver or Victoria, the Asset Management & Development Analyst will report to the Director of Development and work closely with senior leadership across PATH's growing portfolio. The role will primarily oversee all asset management functions while also providing support to the development team from time to time.

On the asset management side, you will monitor portfolio performance by tracking key metrics including NOI, occupancy, leasing activity, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. You will contribute to the preparation and maintenance of business plans, valuation models, forecasts, and reporting packages that support strategic decision-making. You will also assist with acquisitions and due diligence activities through market research, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and underwriting.

On the development side, you will help manage project schedules and budgets while coordinating consultants,



permitting processes, and municipal approvals across active developments. You may be required to conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify coordination issues. The role also involves coordinating with various internal departments, property managers, consultants, lenders, and other external stakeholders to ensure assets and projects are performing in line with business objectives.

You have a post-secondary education in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning or a related field, along with one to three years of experience in real estate development, property management, asset management, investments, or a related environment. You bring a solid understanding of the real estate lifecycle and have an interest in roles that sit at the intersection of asset management and development. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is expected, with exposure to financial modeling, underwriting, and pro formas.

Experience in Argus Enterprise will be considered an asset. You’re naturally curious and have a strong desire to understand all aspects of the business, from big-picture strategy to day-to-day execution. Exposure across asset management, acquisitions, underwriting, development, leasing, operations, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
