Riv Chip Stand is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Manager to join our team!

This role will work closely with the management team to help oversee daily operations, support staff, maintain standards, and keep things running smoothly during our busy season.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the chip stand and kitchen
- Help supervise, support, and motivate staff during shifts
- Delegate tasks and ensure all are working efficiently
- Help maintain cleanliness, food quality and safety standards
- Assist with cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Help manage rush periods and resolve customer concerns when needed
- Assist with training new employees and provide ongoing guidance to staff
- Communicate any operational, staffing, or maintenance concerns to ownership

What We're Looking For

- Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, organized,



and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
