Lincoln, California, 95648 Key Responsibilities Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Help manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to optimize spa performance and profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the spa facility. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers.



Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, treatments, and events that align with brand standards. Monitor and report on spa performance metrics and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices. Proficient in scheduling and inventory management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Certification or training in spa management or related fields is a plus.
