We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and positive individual to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Staff Manager / Cleaner.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and has the organizational and people skills to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will

- Have previous management or supervisory experience
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Be organized, reliable, punctual, and able to manage priorities
- Have robust communication and leadership skills
- Bring a positive, professional attitude to the workplace
- Be comfortable providing direction and support to team members
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service

Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside team members to complete cleaning duties
- may be required a staff vehicle at times
- Assisting with staff scheduling and coordinating daily workloads
- Supporting, motivating, and encouraging the team
- Helping maintain a positive and respectful work environment
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members when needed




- Assisting with day-to-day operational and staffing needs
- Communicating with management and helping ensure company standards are consistently met
- Helping address workplace concerns professionally and constructively
- Ensuring cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and to a high standard

We are looking for someone who can lead by example and isn’t afraid to work alongside the team. The right person will be approachable, dependable, confident in a leadership role, and committed to helping both the team and the business succeed. This is a full-time position.

no evenings, no weekends and most holidays off with pay
