With the nearest referral centre approximately five hours away, veterinarians in the region have the chance to practice a broader scope of medicine and surgery than many urban general practices.

Supported by experienced colleagues and a collaborative network of area clinics, you'll develop valuable skills managing urgent and emergency cases while making a real difference for pets and families who rely on local veterinary care.

What You Bring

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Eligible for licensing in Ontario
- Strong commitment to patient care and client service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset and desire to contribute positively to team culture
- Interest in continuing education and professional growth
- Confidence or willingness to develop skills in urgent and emergency case management within a supportive environment
