The Auto Body

Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.

The Auto Body

Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan Repair damage to vehicle body panels Vehicle disassembly and reassembly Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle Use of frame equipment Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI's (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).



Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) Preferred Education and/or Experience Red Seal or 310B is preferred I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job. #You'll also have access to comprehensive benefits that support your well-being and financial goals, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits effective after one month of employment.
